AMERICAN KICKBOXING ACADEMY

Kickboxing is a complete and total body workout, it's a high energy sport incorporating martial art techniques with boxing hand movements. It will give you self-defence techniques whilst improving fitness, toning up, burning fat and keeping you in shape.
Kickboxing will teach you how to kick and punch with skill and power. In a 1 hour session you can burn up to 800 calories!!!!
The classes are taught in a friendly safe environment and you will train to motivating music, with experienced, professional instructors

If you would like to take part there is no need to pre-book, just come along about 10 minutes before the start of the class to complete a registration form. Wear suitable clothing for exercising and we would recommend you bring some water. l
